IN SCHOOL PROGRAMS

Program 1 

PUPPETRY IN THE CLASSROOM  

Students will learn how to make a series of  puppets from shadow puppets to hand and rod puppets and masks.  Students will also learn the history of puppetry.  Students will  create their own skits  or performance pieces from it.  The skits can be on subjects students are learning in school.  Or, the skits can revolve around conflict resolution,  anger issues with tools,  tactics and empowerment.  

 (From 3rd grade to hight school)

Program 2

GIANT PUPPET(S) 

Students will  make a giant puppet(s) for your next school event, holiday event, and or cultural event.  

(6 Grade through high school)

(this can be adjusted for  younger grades)

Program 3 

PLAY AND MUSICAL PERFORMANCES 

Students will learn acting skills,  character work, improvisation, focus and concentration exercises, voice and diction work, basic stage craft and theatre terms.  Students  will  put the theatre knowledge towards their rehearsal process and performance  for  a musical  or  play such as  Disney Jr.  Musicals or other plays,  musicals,  and or monologues.  We will direct them.  Students have the option to learn how to write an original  play based on a  historical subject,  literature or  science to perform.   This is a performance program.

(5th grade  through high school)

Program 4

Film and My World 

Students will learn basic filmmaking  and editing skills to create a short documentary or narrative  film about their  dreams for the future and how they will make them happen.  

(middle school to high school)

Program 5

Integrating theatre and social studies in order to  understand what is happening now with immigration and or  other current issues.

Program 6 

Robotics

Students will love this Robtics

program where they make mechanical 

 things that moves and come alive.

(7th Grade through High  School )

Program 7

We can also design a Custom Arts Residency in your school. 

 (All  Grades)

Program 8

We can bring theatrical performances (plays holiday performances,  and puppet performances to your school) 

Program 9

Students will meet with Seniors to hear their stories so that they can each learn from each other.  A performance piece will be developed from this.
